Vanni is a gruff Florentine craftsman who welcomes five “difficult” boys into his workshop, each with a personal drama, coming from the family home where Lorenzo, his only son, who died in mysterious circumstances, worked. While the young people learn his art from the teacher, the man tries to get to know them and to trace the truth about the disappearance of his son.
